Once you have your team on your side, start planning your onboarding and training. This includes how the system is used, the processes and workflows that the system must use, and the overall corporate culture and history. Once you are confident that all onboarding requirements have been met, assign tasks and manage ongoing work. All tasks done by offshore teams can be delegated, coordinated, and organised in the same way as onshore teams.
